The latest editions to our family are Sasha a Charli Daughter mated to Mary Potter's little girl Maggie an absolute dream produced Sasha another absolute dream she is like her mum and dad very laid back and we don't know we have her she was bought in from Mary as when we saw the pups we couldn't resist and of course by having Sasha we have gone full circle back to Mary at Orlas where Jodie came from so this has very special link and meaning to us.

Sasha 27 - 11 - 03 Sasha was very much welcomed into our family of Goldens and to be our future breeding, She is very Golden and again settled into our home and was well accepted by our other Goldens no problems at all, she has this year had a litter of pups to our boy Chaz and we were very happy with a small litter but a quality litter the significance of this is that she is totally our own breeding with both parents are here that is Chelsea.

Chelsea 08 - 05 -06 Sasha and Chaz's puppy When this small litter was born 2 x girls and 1 boy Sasha was a perfect mum, Jodie of course had to be involved with the babies as well and helped with the looking after when the two pups had gone and Chelsea stayed she had lots of care from her mum who I never thought was going to stop feeding her and from her Great Grandmother Jodie who kept her in her place as Sasha was too soft!! Jodie played with Chelsea and equally told her off if too boisterous.

Lacey 07 - 06 - 04 Megan daughter was of course the youngest until May this year Lacey is very pale and the sweetest most smiley Golden ever she smiles for England and kisses for England also. Her dad is Troy and he and Megan produced such gorgeous pups we mated Megan and Troy again and sure enough they were equally as nice as Lacey and her litter brothers and sisters, two pups from the last litter Cose and Leon have gone to homes where they will be used for breeding (in fact Leon has as I write this sired a litter of 12 pups, well done. and Cose is in France we await news of her.

Lacey has recently been mated and we hope to have good news in a few days as to whether she is in whelp or not.

Chaz 30 - 04 - 2001 Megan son although rather vocal he is the softest boy, his temperament is such that he has had a breed not to be named hanging from his neck on several occasions and grinned and bared it until Dad has come to the rescue he could have course one the day if he had been inclined but that kind of behaviour is not for Him he is a very good lad. Again a credit to his mum and Grandmum.

Barnaby (Barney) Came back to me 3 weeks ago as the owners could not keep him any longer! Charli and Megan brother so he is 10 years old, as Mollie who came back also he has been rehomed to a gentleman who is also in his twilight years and they will spend the last years of their lives giving and receiving gentle loving care.We thank the people who are always ready to give these wonderful Goldens a new home where they will be loved and cared for.

Charli and Megan born 22 - 02 - 1998 Charli is used at Stud and has sired a number of beautiful superb temperament pups to approved bitches, he has such a wonderful laid back attitude and never gets phased about anything. Megan his litter sister has also carried out her maternal duties extremely well, although I remember her first litter very well the first pup born and she ran to the next room and left it as if to say heck what was that!!! funny now not so at that time, however Jodie was on hand to reassure her that all would be ok and fortunately that first litter was only 4 puppies so she didn't have to work too hard and maternal instincts soon kicked in, she hasn't looked back, Chaz we kept, Megan recently became so much like Jodie it was uncanny her last litter of six pups 3 boys and 3 girls she never wanted to leave she played and taught them really well so although not having any more pups she has now taken over the roll of looking after the others.

Buttons was born 31 - 01 - 2000 Millennium year Jodie's baby again and very precious due to our near loss of her at 6 weeks with intussusceptions looking after Buttons was a joint effort between Jodie and myself she needed 24/7 care and between us Jodie we pulled it off !!! Buttons is now 6 years old again never been ill since and has given a lovely litter of 10 babies, a very fit young Lady and a credit to her mum.

Wednesday 12th July 2006 of course was an extremely sad day for us all, Chelsea's boisterous self was no where to be seen on this day she laid beside Jodie for most of the day I swear Jodie has passed her spirit to Chelsea and I know Jodie was happy to the end to be with her Family and I am sure silent messages were passed that day, I believe this because I know my Goldens I know them very well and they have all been effected by the loss of this Special Golden but and there is a but when the sadness subsides for a while they have had to re shuffle if you like and now Megan has assumed the authority of our Family, we have the antics,love and joy of the ones we have here with us now and of course we will never ever forget the Goldens we have no longer with us their memory will live forever in our hearts Sheba, Hollie and most recently Jodie ( Our Foundation Golden) You have certainly left us a Legacy
